MellowD: The smooth rock experience playing iconic, easy-listening tracks from past to present. A four piece band playing up to 4 different shows that, if/when requested, specialise in low decibel entertainment!

MellowD initially targeted empty nest, late baby-boomers and early Gen-X’ers returning to clubs to ‘hear their old favourites’. But not surprisingly, the band is also steadily building a following amongst younger generations, wanting to hear music that breathes and tells stories of a better time.

MellowD effortlessly blends easy-listening classics from many eras, with smooth modern hits. Patrons can simply sit back and enjoy a quiet drink and still be thoroughly entertained. But of course, up-tempo dance music is on-tap, if/when required later in the evening.

MellowD band members have performed over 5000 shows between them. Some have toured extensively, as supports to literally some of the world’s biggest acts! Others have been part of iconic Aussie artist’s bands. Whilst others are highly sought after recording/session/studio artists! Add to such proficiency, an ability to perform up to 4-part vocal harmonies allowing faithful reproduction of the likes of Little River Band, Queen and The Eagles and you have all-round musicianship at its finest
